We had ordered through our business multiple times prior to today and they were able to deliver with no issues out to the Lewistown Valley. Today, we decided we would go with Domino's once again as a trusted business. No one packed a lunch and we depended upon them. We were met with a "new policy" that they will no longer be delivering to us after we had ordered as recent as a few weeks ago with no issue. If you do not live in town, I guess you cannot get the pizza and sides that you want. Very disappointing.
The piece of pie rewards program from Donino’s is a damn joke. You can not redeem a free pizza if you are ordering more than one apparently. I will make sure to support one of the several other local pizza places in town next time we want to have a pizza night.
I dont think its right that domomos have only 1 person working at the domimos in tamaqua
this Franchise sucks I've been waiting for over an hour for my food to be delivered and never received it. This is totally unacceptable
To be fair this particular store has been great,. But the lousy corporate policy has convinced me to spend my money elsewhere.
I would love to give Dominos five stars. Unfortunately, after ordering three items to be delivered and only receiving one item, I’m very upset. I called and spoke to multiple people as they put my on hold. They’ll refund my money—up to FIVE days later. Also, they said I denied their offer of free food which I did not; I simply stated that it would probably be cold by the time it arrives. I thought you double checked my order for perfection? For how much I spent and now do not have food nor my money, I am done.
